Just over a week after a winter storm slams, the "Seer of Seers" will predict if the northern hemisphere will have to weather through more winter or if spring will come early.
Groundhog Day lovers rejoice, for the Weather Predictor Extraordinaire and national treasure, Punxsutawney Phil, will either see his shadow, letting the world know there will be more winter, or he won't, which means spring will come early.
The prediction will take place on Monday, Feb. 2, at Gobbler’s Knob in Pennsylvania. USA TODAY will livestream the event, which includes performances and more, starting at approximately 6 a.m. ET.
