Dubai's financial regulator is rolling out major updates to its crypto-token framework to bolster & regulate its digital asset environment. Elisabeth Wallace, Associate Director of Policy & Legal at the Dubai Financial Services Authority spoke to Bloomberg's Horizons Middle East and Africa anchor Joumanna Bercetche on how the new framework will help Dubai continue to function on par with International standards.
